Customer Success Manager

Now we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and help us take our partner relationships to the next level.

What you’ll do:

• Be the main point of contact for your assigned partners and ensure their needs are always understood and supported.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and help partners get the most out of our products.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to turn partner requests into actionable tasks.
• Use a proactive, advisory approach to make sure every customer feels supported and valued.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What will help you succeed:

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management with international clients, or 1+ years in Customer Support (or a similar client-facing role).
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Willingness to work evening or weekend shifts when needed.
• Interest or basic knowledge in sports & iGaming — you’ll enjoy this role even more if you’re passionate about sports.
• The ability to stay organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Basic understanding of web technologies is an advantage.
• Experience in project or product management is a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position: €1300 – 3800 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
