Trading Operations Analyst

Now we are looking for a new Trading Operations Analyst to join us!

Responsibilities of this role:

• Analysis of sport event offerings and resulting settlement processes
• Communication with partners
• Management and coordination of trading-oriented inquiries, requests and questions between our departments
• Basics of clients’ betting activity monitoring and liability analysis
• Working with automated trading tools.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Basic experience in analytics
• Advanced experience in customer service
• English level – C1 or higher
• Being multi-lingual is a plus
• General knowledge of sportsbook and betting industry
• Sports enthusiasm
• Multitasking & fast-learning
• General awareness of Atlassian, Jira Management, Slack and associated tools
• Flexibility in shift scheduling (opportunity to work during late evenings, weekends, holidays)

Monthly salary range for this position: 1600€ – 2150€ (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
